Shipping Policy

X&E will ship everything using USPS first class mail services. At the company's discretion, some orders will be shipped priority. 

If you would like confirmation or insurance, notify me before placing the order to adjust the shipping price. 

X&E will not be held responsible if an item is lost on the mail and the costumer didn't pay insurance. 

X&E will charge more for shipping for all One-of-a-kind items because insurance & delivery confirmation will automatically be added to the package. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Made to order sales are FINAL. 

You have 7 days to return an item to receive a full refund. No returns will be accepted after set date. Shipping charges won't be refunded. 

Please, contact me prior to sending the item back.
